Delivery, Cancellations and Returns Information
Order Processing Time
Please note that there is a 5-7 working day processing time for manufacture prior to shipment of each gunstock as parts are 3D printed to order. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is ready for shipment. We will always endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible and in some cases will ship sooner.
UK Deliveries
UK deliveries are shipped on a Parcelforce Express 48 service. All orders are fully trackable via Parcelforce’s website and must be signed for on delivery. Your tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. Please see Parcelforce’s website for full details of their service. Parcelforce Express 48

International Deliveries
International carriage is calculated at the shopping cart or during the checkout process.
Economy delivery: Evri Standard (5+ days)
Standard Delivery: DPD Air Classic (3-5 days)
Your tracking number will be sent to you once the product is shipped.
Customs/Duty/Tax - International Orders
Please note that international deliveries are considered imports and may therefore be subject to customs, duty or tax charges upon arrival in your country. European customers will be charged 19% VAT. Please check the rules in your country to be sure of what charges you might receive. Your phone number, email and shipping address is required during the checkout process and you will be notified via one of those methods of any import charges.
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders must be made as soon as possible and within 48 hours of shipping. Cancellations made after this time may incur cancellation fees for the cost of the shipping.
Returns
In the unlikely event a refund is requested: If the product is in resaleable condition then a full refund will be offered but the customer must pay postage costs for the return. Once the item has been received and checked a refund will be sent.
